SIGNS
Custom signs are emblems,
designs, trademarks, shapes, lettering, and / or other advertising copy
that do not or can not fit it be placed on the standard letter strap system.
The custom design is reproduced on nylon material and fabricated so it
can be flown as an advertising message. All custom signs are made to order.
The heights for custom signs vary from 10ft - 38ft, with the length normally
being between 4 to 6 times the height. The main thing that we ensure is
that the sign is made in proportion to the artwork required.
Two Types of Custom Signs
There are two categories of Custom Signs, Billboards
and Logos. Billboards consist of a sign with no letter message attached,
while Logos have a letter message attached at the trailing edge (see
examples below). The typical size of a Billboard is some 20-38ft tall,
with a maximum size of 38ft high x 125ft long. Logos on the other hand
are normally some 10-20ft tall, with a maximum height of 25ft (the overall
length is dependant on the message attached).
Full details of the production process for these Custom Signs will be
provided upon request, but more importantly we are here to give you
the benefit of our experience. We know what sort of sign works best
and will be please to assist in the design of your sign.
All Custom signs are constructed to strict CAA safety standards and
are fully tested before use.
